Windows 7/Windows 8 Explorer Add-On

We want to have the best of both worlds: the ability to browse all your files regardless of where they are saved that CuBix provides PLUS the the traditional Windows Exlporer folder view you already know. So, if you want to see your files hierarchically organized in folders, you will want to use the traditional left pane display that comes in Windows Explorer. But, if you want to have a general view of all files in a certain disk or folder you will be able to toggle to the 3D view in the left pane and see the corresponding files in the right pane.

Faster!

In CuBix version 1.0, for simplicity, we scanned the disk every time the list of files changed. Now we will use the Windows Indexer in order to count with an updated copy of the disk contents.

Better Design

CuBix version 1.0 was totally produced by engineers, including its graphic interface. In CuBix 2.0 we will embellish the 3D environment with “friendlier” cubes and background.

More Options to Filter and Group

We will add more database features, such as the ability to combine several filtered cubes into a single one and then continue drilling further inside with the rest of the file properties. We will also allow to assign any Windows file property to the axes, plus allow for thinner, more detailed filters.
